2. All goods sold are strictly non-refundable/exchangeable. Sophisticationn will ensure that all items are in top conditions before mailing them out.

4. All pre-orders generally takes about 2-3 weeks for delivery, largely dependent on the stock availability and arrival of the shipment. Only order if you can wait. If your items have not arrive, i will not give you a refund.
